The Battle for Jerusalem Has Begun
1The Battle For Jerusalem
Zechariah 14:2 For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city. (3) Then shall the LORD go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle.
Commentary
The world is now gearing up to force a Palestinian state upon Israel with Jerusalem as its capital. November 16, 2016, is the target date set for this.
Based on this, there is NO doubt, in my mind, that awesome wars are upon us, and God is about to unleash incredible judgments upon the earth. Look how this threat to Israel is taking place at the exact time Ebola is loose amongst the nations!
The judgments will match the pressure and attack on Israel. This is not off in the future it is here NOW.
The time to judge the nations is about to begin.
As the Nations Have Done to Israel
U.N. chief demands Israel scrap East Jerusalem settlement plan 10/13/14 The focus is now clearly on Jerusalem. The nations are going to put enormous pressure on Israel, and God is about to put enormous pressure on the nations. This battle is now playing out right before out eyes.
“U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon called on Israel on Monday to scrap plans to expand settlements in East Jerusalem, which Palestinians want as the capital of a future state, and urged both sides to return rapidly to peace talks. Israel captured the West Bank, Gaza Strip andEast Jerusalem in the 1967 Middle East War and annexed the city’s eastern half in a move not recognized internationally. Palestinians seek to establish statehood in the three territories, while Israel considers Jerusalem its eternal and indivisible capital. Ban criticized Israel’s latest settlement growth plan after meeting Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Jerusalem as part of a visit to the region a day after Western and Arab nations pledged $5.4 billion at a Cairo conference to help rebuild Gaza … Earlier this month, Israel announced plans to build 2,600 housing units in the “neighborhood” of Givat Hamatos on occupied land on the southeast fringes of Jerusalem, close to the Palestinian West Bank city of Bethlehem. The move, which critics say would cut Palestinians off from Jerusalem, forming a ring of Jewish settlements around the southern flank of the city, has already been roundly denounced by the United States and the European Union. Ban said the plans were a “clear violation” of international law. “This does not send the right signals and I urge the government of Israel to reverse these activities.”
UN chief Ban: Israeli occupation led to Gaza war10/12/14 The United Nations is clearly the enemy of Israel.
‘UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon blamed last summer’s Gaza war on Israel’s “occupation” of Palestinian territories, as he called on both parties to finalized an agreement for a two-state solution. “We must not lose sight of the root causes of the recent hostilities: a restrictive occupation that has lasted almost half a century, the continued denial of Palestinian rights and the lack of tangible progress in peace negotiations,” Ban said.’
PA: We have 7 of 9 Security Council votes needed to force ballot on resolution to end ‘occupation’ 10/13/14 It appears that the UN is the agency used to pressure Israel. There is not much time left as the pressure is really building against Israel.
“A senior Palestinian official said Monday that the Palestinian Authority has mustered the support of seven of nine UN Security Council members needed to bring to a vote its resolution that would force an Israeli withdrawal to the pre-1967 lines by November 2016. Sha’ath said that the PA was facing opposition to the move from the US, who was not only threatening to veto the resolution should it be brought to a vote, but also was urging other Security Council members to oppose the resolution and push back a vote on the measure until after US midterm elections in November. Abbas announced on October 1 that he had submitted the draft resolution to the Security Council. “We have submitted a draft resolution to the Security Council who started consultations a few days ago and will continue for three weeks, perhaps longer, until we receive an answer,” Abbas told a PLO meeting in Ramallah. The resolution calls for “the full withdrawal of Israel … from all of the Palestinian territory occupied since 1967, including East Jerusalem, as rapidly as possible and to be fully completed within a specified timeframe, not to exceed November 2016.”
Swedish PM’s recognition of Palestine violates law, says legislator 10/13/14 Europe is falling fast and cannot last much longer.
