How it must gall Satan to know that, even after the Rapture of the Church when there won't be one saved person on the Earth for a period of time, that he still cannot come as himself because even unsaved people really don't want him. For a creature who is nothing but evil and ego, what a crushing blow this must be!

While driving my daughter to work this morning, she told me someone made a comment about Jesus she had no answer for. She said that a friend had mentioned to her that he believed there have been "multiple Jesus" throughout time and history, and that they did not see how there could be just one.
Many times in my Christian walk I have heard this before. People
will cite the Egyptian virgin mother and child of Isis and Horus, with a father called Osiris who rises from the dead. Sounds a whole lot like Mary and Jesus, doesn't it? And it appeared in Egyptian and Babylonian sources thousands of years before the actual Jesus was born. To the new believer and the unbeliever, this can be very, very confusing to say the least.
That is, until you begin to understand the true nature of the creature named Lucifer the light bearer who became Satan, our adversary.
Lucifer got into fatal trouble as recorded in the book of Isaiah, where he asserts that he will "be like the most High", and take His Throne. We read in the book of Job where God actually allows Satan to accuse Him, and seems to treat the Devil on a near-equal peer level. But haven't you ever thought it odd that Lucifer had no "new plan" to present? The best he could do is to want to steal what Someone else had already created.
"How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High." Isaiah 14:12-14 (KJV)
Flash-forward all the way to the New Testament and we begin to read about a period of time many call the Great Tribulation, but the Bible calls it the time of Jacob's trouble.
"Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob's trouble; but he shall be saved out of it." Jeremiah 30:7 (KJV)
If you are a student of the Bible at nearly any level, you know that the star of that time period is none other than Satan himself. But the funny thing is, and it really didn't dawn on me until just this morning, is that in order to make his arrival successful and be able to "sell it" to an unsaved world in the days after the Rapture of the Church, Satan has to pretend to be Jesus Christ. I mean, we all know why he is called Antichrist, because he pretends to be Christ. But he has to do this because he isn't good enough, slick enough or talented enough to take the stage as himself.
"Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not. For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. Behold, I have told you before." Matthew 24:23-25 (KJV)
For 6,000 years now, Satan has gone everywhere God has planted a flower and sowed a weed that looked like a flower. He has made sure that many of the events recorded in the Bible as historical facts were already planted in other cultures in the form of myths. He hasn't had one original idea, just an endless litany of taking what God has already done and trying to ruin it.

So yes, you will find Satan's weeds existing in nearly every culture, counterfeits of the deeds of God recorded throughout time. God even allowed Satan to publish the first book, the
Egyptian Book Of The Dead, that predates the start of the Bible. Why would God do this, and let Satan's junk appear in writing before God's own word?
Simple.
God has given Satan every advantage, every angle and allowed him to use every trick in the book so that when the Devil is defeated at the Battle of Armageddon, his fall will be without precedence. It will be the greatest defeat in human history, watched by the entire world, as the Devil and his army get crushed like grapes in a winepress.
- What the prophet Isaiah foresaw and spoke of here in the past:
"I have trodden the winepress alone; and of the people there was none with me: for I will tread them in mine anger, and trample them in my fury; and their blood shall be sprinkled upon my garments, and I will stain all my raiment. For the day of vengeance is in mine heart, and the year of my redeemed is come." Isaiah 63:3,4 (KJV)
- The apostle John sees fulfilled here at the Battle of Armageddon which is still yet future:
"And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war. His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself. And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God." Revelation 19:11-13 (KJV)
Remember, Satan wants to be a counterfeit Jesus, so he has planted a phony jesus just about everywhere you look. The Mormon jesus is said to be the "brother of Lucifer", my my, how pandering he is to himself. The Jehovah's Witness jesus is a pretty good guy, but not God as the Bible says He is. The Roman Catholic jesus can only be accessed through the "virgin mother", and can only forgive sins through a gay or pedophile priest via the non-Biblical "sacraments" not found anywhere in the Bible.
"For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they bet hrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: And he is before all things, and by him all things consist." Colossians 1:16,17 (KJV)
The actual Jesus is found in the pages of the preserved word of God, just pick up a King James Bible and see for yourself. The actual Jesus created everything, including Lucifer, and everything consists within the being of Jesus Christ.
Jesus is unparalleled, unprecedented. Do YOU know Him?
He’s enduringly strong. He’s entirely sincere. He’s eternally steadfast. He’s immortally graceful. He’s imperially powerful. He’s impartially merciful. That’s my King. He’s God’s Son. He’s the sinner’s saviour. He’s the centerpiece of civilization. He stands alone in Himself. He’s honest. He’s unique. He’s unparalleled. He’s unprecedented. He’s supreme. He’s pre-eminent. He’s the grandest idea in literature. He’s the highest personality in philosophy. He’s the supreme problem in higher criticism. He’s the fundamental doctrine of true theology. He’s the only One qualified to be an all-sufficient Saviour.
