Daniel 7:25a, “And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws …” (KJV)
Get your skis shined up, grab a stick of juicy fruit. Articles like this sometimes make me wonder if the “he” of Daniel 7:25 can also be rightly understood as an “it” in a non-anthropomorphic sense as translated in Young’s Literal Translation, similar to how the Beast of Revelation 13:11-18 is translated as a “he” in some texts, but as an “it” in some others. Though it may not burn as many calories as the Giant Slalom, it’s certainly something good to chew on …
Daniel 7:25a, “and words as an adversary of the Most High it doth speak, and the saints of the Most High it doth wear out, and it hopeth to change seasons and law …” (YLT)

By Sarah Abramson, Shoebat - “Brunei, a small country with a population of about 400,000 that lies almost entirely within the borders of Malaysia, has made history by becoming the first East Asian country, and a developed one at that, to take on Sharia law.
Sharia will be implemented in three phases, starting last week and being completed in two years. Punishments to take effect begin with fines or jail time (missing Friday prayers, spreading other religions), continue on to whipping and amputations (theft, alcohol), and culminate with the death penalty (adultery, insulting Mohammed or the Koran).
Oh – and those who question or oppose the government’s actions and speak freely about it on social media?
These acts, His Majesty elaborated, “are no doubt categorised as offences under the General Offences (of the law). They can no longer be given the liberty to continue with their mockery and if there is a basis for them to be brought to court, then therefore, the first phase of the Syariah (criminal) law this coming April will be relevant to them.”

What about the 20% of the population who are non-Muslim, including Christians and Buddhists?
An Islamic Religious Council official said that they ‘can continue to practice their own religions’ and are protected under the law, as ‘there is no compulsion in Islam.’ (Sorry, but if this were true, there would be no need for Rescue Christians.)
But the International Council of Jurists is wary of this statement – nothing in the new law speaks about a different treatment of non-Muslims. In addition, the current situation in countries like Pakistan, Syria, and Nigeria is cause for concern regarding the ultimate fate of anyone, regardless of religion, in a Muslim-dominated country.
Let’s keep our eyes on Brunei- they may soon be in need of our help.” Source – Shoebat.
Unsealed: A Closer Look At Revelation 6 And ‘The Four Horsemen Of The Apocalypse’ – “John describes the rider of the Black Horse in Revelation 6:5 as having ‘scales’ or ‘balances’ in his hands, employing the Greek word ‘zygos‘ which is also used metaphorically to refer to any sort of ‘burden’ or ‘bondage’ as well as the imposition of ‘troublesome laws’… In every facet of daily life a Muslim’s conduct must be based upon a strict set of Islamic laws, called the Sharia, and anyone failing to follow ‘Allah’s’ burdensome edicts must suffer draconian punishments, non-Musims included. But take a look at the Islamic world today. Is it exemplified by peace and justice and social harmony because of ‘Allah’s laws’? To the contrary, the Islamic world is ravaged by war, by deprivation, by desert and famine and starvation and pestilences, conditions that are true both physically and spiritually, both literally and figuratively. Because of ‘Sharia lawlessness’ the ‘Religion of Peace’ is typified by widespread destruction and disparity, and any number of recent headlines bear this out all too well.” Read more.
