- He also claimed that Lieutenant General Sergei Kisel has been fired and arrested after retreat from Kharkiv
- Two more Russian army generals and two naval commanders have either been sacked, arrested or investigated over battlefield losses, according to information from Ukraine's interior ministry
- If confirmed, it would mark the largest purge of military upper ranks since Putin invaded Ukraine in February.
