URGENT UPDATE: World War 3

by JohnMcTernan

           Verse of the Day

Matthew 24:6-8 And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. All these are the beginning of sorrows.

Commentary

The war in Syria is now at a new level as Turkey just shot down a Russian jet and a Russian helicopter was also shot down. Putin cannot let this go by because he has to keep his image with the Russian public and he cannot look weak to the world and Muslims. The world now is really just one missile away from World War 3.
May the Holy God of Israel bless and protect you.
1Thess 1:10 And to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, even Jesus, which delivered us from the wrath to come.

The Road to World War 3

Turkish F-16s shoot down Russian fighter jet near Syria border 11/24/15 It did not take long for an incident like this to take place and it could trigger WW3.  It is hard to believe that Turkey did this without Obama's approval. Turkey is a member of NATO and if Russia attacks Turkey it means WW3!
Will Putin let this pass and do nothing? I seriously doubt it. He is weak in Syria, so he might move against the Ukraine or attack NATO planes in another area. If he does nothing Putin looks very weak, so look for retaliation in some manner.
It sure does feel that the world is right on the edge of WW3.
"Russian President Vladimir Putin said Tuesday that Turkey’s decision to shoot down a Russian warplane near Turkey's border with Syria is a "stab in the back" and it would have “significant consequences” for its relations with Turkey, as NATO called an emergency meeting over the incident. Putin said the Russian Sukhoi-24 jet was shot by a missile from a Turkish jet over Syria about just over a half-mile away from the Turkish border, which he described as a "stab in the back by the terrorists' accomplices." Putin was meeting with Jordanian King Abdullah II in Sochi. Prior to the meeting, The New York Times said Putin was "speaking slowly and clearly angry." Rebels said they fired at the two parachuting pilots as they descended, and that one had died. A rebel spokesman said they would consider releasing the body in exchange for prisoners held by Syria. The fate of the second pilot was not immediately known."
Syrian rebels chant 'Allahu Akbar' over the body of dead Russian pilot after Turkey shoots down jet for violating its air-space... then rescue chopper is blasted out of the sky by anti-Assad troops 11/24/15 Welcome to the Middle East Vladimir and the boiling cauldron of the Muslim world. This article gives more information about a Russian helicopter that was also shot down and pilots killed.
What is Putin going to do? Are we looking at the start of WW3? Remember, that I don't believe that the US is going to win a war in Europe, but God will use Russia as judgment against America.
Putin Throws Down The Gauntlet To Turkey’s Erdogan Over Downed Russian Jet" 11/24/15 This is a great article about Putin, and the shooting down of the Russian jet. Putin accuses Turkey of backing ISIS, which I said all along, and being part of the terror network. Obama knows this and allows Turkey to do it.
There is no doubt in my mind that ISIS is Obama's baby. He loves the aggressive type of Islam like the Muslim Brotherhood, and now he just made a ridiculous "deal" with the Iranians, while the crowds and leaders were chanting "death to America"!
I believe that Putin will tell the truth how Turkey and Obama are behind ISIS. Few will believe that Obama supports ISIS, as they think that he is just weak and incompetent.
The man is pure evil.
"Today’s incident exposes Turkey’s own willful violation and ignorance towards the multilateral ‘deconfliction’ contact center that was set-up precisely to avoid the very situation which happened today. It will be difficult for Turkey to explain away its actions, and its aggressive act will certainly open the door to more scrutiny into Turkey’s pivotal role in facilitating extremist terrorist fighters, including al Qaeda and ISIS, within its borders since as early as 2011, and also Turkey’s involvement in ISIS’s now famous $1.5 million illicit oil trade which runs in and out of Turkey’s heavily surveilled border with Syria. Any serious investigation into this illegal trade will also bring Britain into the ISIS-oil frame too, as evidenced by this latest report commissioned by Middle East Eye, which details British involvement in the illegal ISIS oil trade.
“We will analyse everything, and today’s tragic event will have significant consequences, including for Russia-Turkish relations. We have always treated Turkey as a friendly state. I don’t know who was interested in what happened today, certainly not us. And instead of immediately getting in contact with us, as far as we know, the Turkish side immediately turned to their partners from NATO to discuss this incident, as if we shot down their plane and not they ours.”
Pentagon backs Turkey’s version of events, blames ‘incursion’ of Russian jet" 11/24/15 It looks like Obama is ready to play hardball with Russia. This is right in Putin's face, so we will wait to see how Putin responds.
"The U.S. military on Tuesday labeled as an “incursion” the Russian fighter jet that was shot down by Turkish aircraft over the Syria-Turkey border. Army Col. Steve Warren, the top military spokesman in Baghdad, confirmed the Turk’s version of events in saying they repeatedly warned the two Russian SU-24 pilots to back off. Col. Warren used the word “incursion” to describe the Russian flight, but also said the command was studying radars and other data, such as radio chatter, to make a definite conclusion."

Russia deploys missile cruiser off Syria coast, ordered to destroy any target posing danger11/124/15 Russia is stating it will attack Turkish planes if needed. A Russian attack on Turkish planes could ignite the war.
"Moscow plans to suspend military cooperation with Ankara after the downing of a Russian bomber by Turkish air forces, Russian General Staff representatives said on Tuesday. Further measures to beef up Russian air base security in Syria will also be taken.
Three steps as announced by top brass:
Each and every strike groups’ operation is to be carried out under the guise of fighter jets
Air defense to be boosted with the deployment of Moskva guided missile cruiser off Latakia coast with an aim to destroy any target that may pose danger
Military contacts with Turkey to be suspended
Sergey Rudskoy, a top official with the Russian General Staff, condemned the attack on the Russian bomber in Syrian airspace by a Turkish fighter jet as “a severe violation of international law”. He stressed that the Su-24 was downed over the Syrian territory. The crash site was four kilometers away from the Turkish border, he said.
"We warn that every target posing a potential threat will be destroyed,” lieutenant general Sergey Rudskoy said during the briefing. “All military contacts with Turkey will be suspended,” he added."
Michael Hayden: Turkish-Russian Clash 'Really Bad and Getting Worse'11/24/15 This article gives great insight to the coming war in the Middle East. Turkey warned Russia that it will not allow the Russians to bomb the groups that they support, and Russia has to prove that it is a power; therefore, he and can't allow Russia to back down. The start of WW3 could be just one missile a way.
"Retired Air Force Gen. Michael Hayden told Newsmax TV on Tuesday that the Turkish downing of a Russian warplane near the Syrian border created a situation in the region that is "really bad and getting worse. Hayden told Newsmax that Putin would retaliate viciously because he must do so "for the crowd," both domestically and internationally. "Restoring some sense of Russian greatness — and then doing it for the crowd globally, trying to demonstrate to everyone that Russia is once again a global player." "Frankly he's wrong on both counts," Hayden continued. "The circumstances today suggest that his armed forces are more than a brick shy of a load of what one needs to act, even pretend to act like a super power." He said that Turkey responded because Putin was bombing moderate Turks who oppose Syrian President Bashar al-Assad instead of Islamic State terrorists. "What the Russians were doing, not bombing ISIS, they were bombing Turkmen who are ethnically very, very similar to the Turks," he told Hayworth. "This is the opposition, the moderate opposition that we want to arm to move against Assad." "So, you've got the Russian striking people the Turks believe are close cousins to buck up Assad. "Frankly, I don't see how either side backs down," he said. "The Turks defending their brethren and the Russians trying to defend their manhood."
