To the Jew, this study on the Star of Remphan is from the very mouths of your own prophets, namely Amos, Isaiah and Jeremiah, and it is given from a heart of love, and not condemnation. It is a warning of future events that must shortly come to pass.
Let me start this off by saying that what we present here on the Star of Remphan is a serious, deep end times study of thousands of years old prophecies from the Bible, and it is relevant today because some of it has been fulfilled already and some will be fulfilled in the near future. Our subject today is the Jews in the
time of Jacob's trouble, the great Tribulation and the covenant with death and Hell that the Jews will make with Antichrist in the days after the
Pretribulation Rapture of the Church.
"For thus saith the LORD; We have heard a voice of trembling, of fear, and not of peace. Ask ye now, and see whether a man doth travail with child? wherefore do I see every man with his hands on his loins, as a woman in travail, and all faces are turned into paleness? Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob's trouble; but he shall be saved out of it." Jeremiah 30:5-7 (KJB)
I will also say that this study on the Star of Remphan is directed at two groups of people, born again Christians waiting to
board Flight #777, and the Jewish people, primarily the ones residing in Israel but certainly applicable to all Jews everywhere around the world. To the Christian, this study is meant to increase your knowledge of the prophetic word, and to give you a renewed urgency to witness to the lost around you while time remains. To the Jew, this study is from the very mouths of your own prophets, namely Amos, Isaiah and Jeremiah, and it is given from a heart of love, and not condemnation. must come, but given to you in a time where you can radically change the outcome for you all as individuals. This is our hope for you as God's chosen people.
"For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat. For every one that useth milk is unskilful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe. But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil." Hebrews 5:12-14 (KJB)
I have long wanted to write on such subject matter, but I have not felt until now that I possessed a level of sufficient spiritual maturity in which I could write accurately from the prophets on the Star of Remphan, while at the same time avoiding the landmines of feelings, emotions and prejudicial thinking either pro or con. Today the Holy Spirit tapped me on the shoulder and said told me to write, so I am writing. This is strong meat of the word, and you'll need the a word of a King to plow through it. So let's open our King James Bibles and begin, shall we?
Star Of David Or Star Of Remphan?
We will hit the low-hanging fruit first, and forever settle the question of the 6-pointed star used in our modern era as the symbol for the nation of Israel, the so-called Star of David. The first thing you need to know about it is that it has no biblical connection to the greatest king Israel ever had, David. I visited multiple Jewish websites, and they all told me the same thing.
- FROM HAARETZ: The Star of David or 'Magen David' (literally, Shield of David), as its referred to in Hebrew, is the most common symbol for expressing Jewish identity today, but this was not always so. The Hebrew name for the symbol – a hexagram formed by two overlapping triangles, one pointed upward and the other downward – comes from its supposed resemblance to King David’s shield. However, use of the Star of David as a Jewish symbol only became widespread in 17th-century Europe, when it was used displayed on synagogues to identify them as Jewish places of worship.. In antiquity, the most commonly used symbol of Judaism was the menorah, the seven-branched candelabrum that stood in the Temple in Jerusalem before it was destroyed by the Romans in 70 AD. SOURCE

The Star of Remphan is actually a graphical layout of the 666 from the Mark of the Beast, as you can see here:

The accurate symbol for Israel, if one must be used, would be the fig tree, and for that we have much validation from scripture. Do a word search for 'fig tree' and you will see the obvious and immediate connection not only to the Jews and Israel, but to the fulfillment coming prophecies as well. But do a search on the word 'star', and this leaps out at you right away.
"Have ye offered unto me sacrifices and offerings in the wilderness forty years, O house of Israel? But ye have borne the tabernacle of your Moloch and Chiun your images, the star of your god, which ye made to yourselves. Therefore will I cause you to go into captivity beyond Damascus, saith the LORD, whose name is The God of hosts." Amos 5:25-27 (KJB)
In the New Testament we get additional light on this delicate subject matter:
"And they made a calf in those days, and offered sacrifice unto the idol, and rejoiced in the works of their own hands. Then God turned, and gave them up to worship the host of heaven; as it is written in the book of the prophets, O ye house of Israel, have ye offered to me slain beasts and sacrifices by the space of forty years in the wilderness? Yea, ye took up the tabernacle of Moloch, and the star of your god Remphan, figures which ye made to worship them: and I will carry you away beyond Babylon." Acts 7 41-43 (KJB)
So we see that this star of Remphan is connected to the Jews in rebellion against God, and that it has been used since the earliest days of the Jewish people. If the fig tree is the symbol of the Jews in covenant relation with God, then the star of Remphan is the symbol of the Jews when they have turned away from God. This is key to understanding why the star of Remphan is something that the Jews and Israel are associated with in the coming end times.
The Coming Time Of Jacob's Trouble
For years, we have talked extensively about the coming time of Jacob's trouble mentioned of in Jeremiah, it is the 7-year "last week" of Daniel's 70 Weeks prophecy, and it includes the 3.5 year great Tribulation period mentioned by Jesus in Matthew 24 and Luke 21. The first 3.5 years will be the false peace and safety that Paul tells us about in 1 Thessalonians 5:3 (KJB), and the second 3.5 years the great Tribulation, for a total of 7 years.
"For thus saith the LORD; We have heard a voice of trembling, of fear, and not of peace. So what happened on May 14, 1948? Were the Jews regathered back again to Israel? In a manner of speaking, yes, they were, but they were not brought back for a regathering, they were regathered to be scattered. God brought the Jews back to Israel in 1948, to have the majority of them all in one place, so they could be judged in His refining fire of the time of Jacob's trouble. All the prophecies showing the Jews being scattered could not be fulfilled if Israel was not a nation. The attack by Rome on Israel in 70 AD didn't fulfill end times prophecy, that is the fatal flaw in the
failed system of Preterism. That was
not the time of Jacob's trouble, just as the horrors of the
Nazi Holocaust, as brutal as that was, was
not the fulfillment of Jacob's trouble. Adolf Hitler was
a near-perfect type of Antichrist for sure, but only a type and not the real thing. The real thing will be much worse, meditate on that for awhile.
If the Jews right now, in 2020, were in a right relationship with God, then there would be no need for the time of Jacob's trouble, and their flag would have a fig tree and not the Star of Remphan. But sadly, the Jews are quite at odds with the God of Abraham, please note the following:
As you can see, the 'people of the Book' are not following the Book at all, and have become like all the other nations round about them, but guess what? God will not allow Israel to stay like that because of His covenant with them.
"For from the top of the rocks I see him, and from the hills I behold him: lo, the people shall dwell alone, and shall not be reckoned among the nations. Who can count the dust of Jacob, and the number of the fourth part of Israel? Let me die the death of the righteous, and let my last end be like his!" Numbers 23:9,10 (KJB)
The Jews Coming Covenant With Death And Hell
OK, so here is a quick end time timeline to set the stage for you. The first event that will take place, future, will be the Pretribulation Rapture of the Church. This event, which removes the born again Church made up of saved Jews and Gentiles, is actually the very first event of the Day of the Lord time period. After this comes the start of Daniel's 70th Week, the time of Jacob's trouble. Daniel tells us about a covenant that is confirmed between the Jews in Israel and Antichrist.
"And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate." Daniel 9:27 (KJB)
Many bible commentators have speculated ad infinitum as to exactly what type of covenant this will be, and usually to no avail. Because the nature of this covenant is not discerned through speculation, but through study. And this is where the admonition to "study to shew thyself approved unto God" takes us:
"Wherefore hear the word of the LORD, ye scornful men, that rule this people which is in Jerusalem. Because ye have said, We have made a covenant with death, and with hell are we at agreement; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, it shall not come unto us: for we have made lies our refuge, and under falsehood have we hid ourselves: Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD, Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious corner stone, a sure foundation: he that believeth shall not make haste. Judgment also will I lay to the line, and righteousness to the plummet: and the hail shall sweep away the refuge of lies, and the waters shall overflow the hiding place. And your covenant with death shall be disannulled, and your agreement with hell shall not stand; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, then ye shall be trodden down by it." Isaiah 28:14-18 (KJB)
There is your Daniel 9 end times covenant between the Jews and Antichrist, and encapsulated in those verses we see the entire time of Jacob's trouble including the great Tribulation, all the way up to the remnant fleeing to Selah Petra where God will keep them safe. Cross-reference these verses with Revelation 6:7,8 to see the harmony. But make no mistake about it, the majority of Jews in Israel during this time
will take the Mark of the Beast, they
will worship the Antichrist, and God
will destroy them, along with any Gentiles who take the Mark as well. If you are Jewish reading this right now, your prophets are all in agreement with this, and you need to consider this seriously. You can avoid all this coming judgement by
believing on the name of Jesus of Nazareth.
"For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." Romans 10:11-13 (KJB)
Conclusion Of The Matter
The events and timeline I present to you today will come true right down to jot and tittle they are written on, you can count on that. Being one of God's chosen people will not spare you from the flames of Hell if you reject His free gift of salvation. God's covenant with Israel is a national covenant, individual people need to be right with God as individuals or suffer the consequences. Should you find yourself in the time of Jacob's trouble, here is some advice for you.
"Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man. For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil." Ecclesiastes 12:13,14 (KJB)
If you miss the Pretribulation Rapture, and are reading this during the time of Jacob’s trouble, do not take the Mark of the Beast, or have anything to do with the image, name or number of the Antichrist. Do not worship him in any way, shape or form. You will be executed and beheaded for your refusal to do so, but you will spend eternity in Heaven with Jesus for your faithfulness. But you need to know that God will not, under any circumstances, forgive you for taking the Mark of the Beast or worshipping the Antichrist, that is the one sin that God can not and will not forgive you for.
The time of Jacob’s trouble with its corresponding Tribulation period is not the Church Age, you are not eternally secure in that time, there is a sin that God will not forgive and I just told you what it was. Don’t commit it. If you are Jewish,
