Erdogan Prays to Baal Today in the Hagia Sophia Erdogan Converts Hagia Sophia into a Mosque; Covers up Jesus Christ "God Sends Them a Powerful Delusion"  Turkey’s president Erdogan led Baal (“Allah”, “Baalah”) worshippers in the first prayers in Istanbul’s Christian Hagia Sophia church which over the centuries has served as a cathedral, mosque and museum, would be turned back into a Muslim house of false worship. The Turkish leader and an entourage of senior Islamic ministers arrived for the service in the heart of Istanbul’s historic district on Friday afternoon, kneeling on new turquoise carpets while sail-like curtains covered the original Byzantine mosaics of Jesus Christ. ERDOGAN PRAYING AT THE HAGIA SOPHIA Erdogan began the service with a recital from the Qur’an before the head of Turkey’s religious authority, Ali Erbas, continued the formal prayers for hundreds of specially invited attendees while the call to prayer rang out from the building’s minarets. PRAY THAT THEIR EYES WILL BE OPENED The Hagia Sophia is a place of worship in Istanbul (Constantinople) that served as a Greek Orthodox Christian patriarchal cathedral for over 900 years (537-1453) until overrun by Islamic forces.
