• A senior Israeli minister warned Britain will be next to face a terror atrocity like the October 7 attacks on his country unless it 'wakes up' to the threat of Islamic extremists in the UK.

  Amichai Chikli called on UK to 'confront' jihadists spouting hate speech on the streets and in mosques 'before it's too late.' 

  The minister said he was appalled by the shocking rise of anti-Semitism in Britain since the barbaric attacks last month which saw more than 1,400 Jewish people murdered by Hamas terrorists in southern Israel.

• He told The Mail on Sunday: 'It's very important for the people of Britain to understand that the ideology of Isis, Hamas and Al-Qaeda is deeply rooted in some of the radical Islamic communities.

  'If the government in Britain takes serious measures against these radical organisations - one by one, leader by leader - if the civilised world wants to flourish, and that includes Britain, it needs to look straight into the eyes of this ideology and confront it before it's too late. Wake up!'
