We can bring you more now on law enforcement officers detaining protesters on the UCLA campus.
Images on our live feeds show detained protesters sitting on the grass with their hands tied behind their backs and surrounded by police.
One was seen being led away by police with his wrists tied behind his back telling the cameras he was an student at UCLA.
"I'm a student, I'm an English major," he says, as he is dragged away by officers. "Don't fail us!" he shouts.
Protesters have told us rubber bullets have been fired at them by police.
We've seen several images from the ground of officers carrying what are deemed "less than lethal" weapons.
The LAPD is yet to release any public comment on its operation at UCLA this morning, including if they have made any arrests.
