Ukraine and US to hold talks as Europe pushes back on plan to end war

 Delegations from the US, Ukraine, and its European allies are heading to Geneva for fresh talks on the Ukraine war

    Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky says "in parallel with the diplomatic track" of today's talks in Geneva, "we must do everything to strengthen our defense" against "vile Russian attacks".

    It comes after a Russian attack on a residential building in Ternopil, in western Ukraine, killed 33 people and left six people missing.
