It encourages Al-Qaeda to join up, and states that Islamic State’s leader, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, should be recognized as the leader of the world’s one billion Muslims at the head of a new religious empire. “Accept the fact that this caliphate will survive and prosper until it takes over the entire world and beheads every last person that rebels against Allah,” it proclaims. “This is the bitter truth, swallow it.”
Russia and Nato 'actively preparing for war 08/12/15 I believe that the war is very, very close and nothing can cause the Russians, Chinese or NATO to stand down. These armies are on war alert with a war mentality. This war will not go good for America. I see the Lord using Russian, China and North Korea to destroy the US military.

Nato’s exercise “Allied Shield,” in June this year, saw 15,000 allied troops engaged in a series of mock operations including response to a Crimea-style infiltration of irregular forces. In both cases, the report writers find, the exercises focused on what the two sides perceive to be their most vulnerable areas, with and Nato moving to defend the Baltic States and Russia rushing reinforcements to the Arctic, its Baltic enclave of Kaliningrad, occupied Crimea, and Sakhalin island in the far east."

"A new report examining the Iran nuclear deal has found that assuming current budget trends hold, the Islamic Republic would increase the budget of its paramilitary force by 50 percent. According to Rachel Hoff at the American Action Forum, a center-right policy institute, the deal would generate approximately $140 billion in funds, owing to international economic sanctions relief and unfrozen assets. Given that Iran spends about 3.4 percent of its budget on defense, this would mean an additional $3.1 billion dollars for the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), the elite force that actively supports terrorist organizations across the Middle East. About 65 percent of the defense budget is allocated to the IRGC, which amounts to slightly more than $6 billion. Since Iran places such a high priority on funding the IRGC, which in turn has a history of supporting organizations like Houthis, Hezbollah and Hamas, it is very likely that the nuclear deal would significantly bolster support to terrorist groups."
