UPDATE
On June 28, I posted a commentary about the 100 year anniversary of World War 1. The trigger was the assassination in Serbia of Arch Duke Ferdinand of the Austria-Hungarian Empire. (See my original post below).
Most people think the villains of WW1 were the Germans. The real villain that started this war was Russia. After the assassination, Czar Nicholas II mobilized the Russian army to defend Serbia and marched it West, which was towards Germany. On August 1, 1914, theGerman Kaiser (emperor) Wilhelm II mobilized his army and the war officially started.
There were 33 days from the assassination to the start of the war, which started on the 9th of Av on the Jewish calendar. (I explain below why this was so important.)

What is so eerie is that on July 17, just 14 days before the anniversary, the Russians shot down the civilian airliner and killed 298 people! This event has caused world tension against Russia. Could this be the event to trigger WW3? Russia is at it again to start a world war, exactly 100 years later to the day! Its army is mobilized and pointed right at Ukraine! This is like out of a novel! We know how it ends with the Second Coming of Jesus Christ.

There are now so many issues that could start WW3; there is Israel at war in Gaza; Iran building nuclear weapons to attack Israel; the creation of an Islamic caliphate; the Russians fighting over Ukraine; Chinese aggression in Asia; and the collapse of the world economy.
This war is NOT Armageddon but lights the fuse to it!
Are you ready for what is coming? Are you anchored by faith into Jesus Christ with assurance of eternal life? If not now, when, as time is running out before full wrath of God is loosed?

Arch Duke Ferdinand
I just want to bring to everyone’s attention that June 28, 2014, is the 100 year anniversary of the assassination of Arch Duke Ferdinand. He was assassinated in Serbia.
This assassination set off a chain of events leading directly to World War 1, which began on August 1, 1914. Russia had mobilized its army to defend Serbia and was marching west. On this day, Germany declared war on Russia, which then officially started the war.
In the Hebrew calendar, August 1, 1914 was on the 9th of Av. This is the day when so many disasters hit ancient Israel and continued into modern time. This year, the 9th of Av starts on August 3.
The reason this is all so important is that today, once again, the Russian army is mobilized for war. Now the fighting is over the Ukraine, and this incident could ignite WW3.
It is eery to see what happened exactly, to the day, 100 years ago, and then look at world events today. So many world hot spots could explode into a raging fire at any moment. It seems like history is repeating itself.
There is no doubt that World War 3 is right before us. The only question is will it start with Russia over the Ukraine, China with Japan or Israel against an Islamic caliphate?
Remember, that WW1 ended with Palestine under British control and the land set for the return of the Jews. World War 2 ended with the holocaust and the Jews fleeing to Israel. I believe that WW3 will end with both Israel and the world set up for the end time prophetic events and the Second Coming of Jesus Christ.

In my book As America Has Done to Israel, I lay out the future based on the Bible. It really does appear that the future is now. The Bible states that immediately prior to the Second Coming of Jesus Christ and the Day of the LORD an all-out war will break out between the Jews and the Palestinians. The war results in the entire destruction of the Palestinians and other Arab nations.
Gaza is one of the sections identified in this war and slated for total destruction. I have a gut feeling that we are watching the start of the all-out war. Hamas seems to want this war and is not letting up. It appears their goal is to create a hostile Muslim atmosphere against Israel and start a major war. This war could spread very fast and ignite a caliphate. The war in Gaza and the formation of the caliphate in Iraq show where we are prophetically! Wow!!!
All this remains to be seen, but even if there is a temporary truce, I believe that this fighting is the beginning of the Obadiah war. This is what leads to Armageddon and other prophetic events. Right now Muslims are stirred all over the world against Israel. Watch for extreme violence in all the major European cities. Europe is about to get a full dose of allah. They rejected the Lord so now they have allah.

With Muslims rioting and causing havoc, how long can France stand until it completely turns against Israel? I think not long. All French Jews need to get out of France and all of Europe NOW!
