Creation Scientists Make An Incredible Prophetical Blunder When They Say That Leviathan Is A Dinosaur Instead Of The Dragon That He Truly Is

by Geoffrey Grider

Leviathan In Job 41 Is None Other Than Satan himself.

Job 41 rightly labels him, Leviathan, as a king over children of pride, for he shall be a king for 7 brief years in the near future in the time of Jacob's trouble.

When we are first introduced to a creature called Leviathan in the book of Job, it is a little hard for us to wrap our minds around what this creature truly is. Certainly in the 21st century, there is no creature anywhere on Earth that is that massive or imposing. Creation scientists use Job 41 as a proof text that the Bible talks about dinosaurs, and certainly some of the descriptors line up with what Hollywood tells us dinosaurs look and acted like.
"Canst thou draw out leviathan with an hook? or his tongue with a cord which thou lettest down? Canst thou put an hook into his nose? or bore his jaw through with a thorn? Behold, the hope of him is in vain: shall not one be cast down even at the sight of him? None is so fierce that dare stir him up: who then is able to stand before me? Who can open the doors of his face? his teeth are terrible round about. His scales are his pride, shut up together as with a close seal. Upon earth there is not his like, who is made without fear." selected verses from Job 41 (KJV )
Yes, Job 41 certainly seems to be describing something that we might call a dinosaur, right up to the very last verse where everything changes. It is in that verse where the idea of Leviathan being a dinosaur is stripped from our thinking, and we realize that we have seen this creature before, many times. In fact, this creature is the 4th most-powering being in the universe. You know who I am talking about.
"He beholdeth all high things: he is a king over all the children of pride." Job 41: 34 (KJV)
Ahh, there he is, the one who is the very personification of the sin of pride, the one who was so lifted up in pride against his Creator that he dared to threaten Him that he could and would take His throne. Job 41 rightly labels him, Leviathan, as a king over the children of pride, for he shall be a king for 7 brief years in the near future. But his short-lived kingdom will come crashing down around him at the Battle of Armageddon at the Second Coming.
"How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High." Isaiah 14:12-14 (KJV)
Obviously no dinosaur is capable of being a king over any human being, so that leads us to ask the all-important question of is there any place in the Bible that shows a massive, dinosaur/serpent-like creature interacting with humans? Glad you asked, there are multiple places where we see that, here's a good one:
"And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy. And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority." Revelation 13:1,2 (KJV)
Not convinced? Here's another:
"And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads. And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born." Revelation 12:3,4 (KJV)
As Bible believers, we take the Bible literally in all cases except where it is impossible to do so. The multi-headed dragon has popped up all over the Bible from one Testament to the other and back again. This is Satan himself, in the form in which he truly exists after he was cursed way back in Genesis 3. And it is also in Genesis 3 that the very first prophecy of Antichrist verses Jesus pops up as well in the same section! Coincidence you say? Not on your life.
"And the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life: And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel." Genesis 3:14,15 (KJV)
If only there was a verse that placed Leviathan directly at the Day of the Lord, hmm....if only. Well, the main prophet of the Day of the Lord, Isaiah, has this to say in the end of chapter 26 of his book, talking about how God will supernaturally protect His people in the red rock city of Selah Petra during the time of Jacob's trouble.
"Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee: hide thyself as it were for a little moment, until the indignation be overpast. For, behold, the LORD cometh out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity: the earth also shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her slain." Isaiah 26:20,21 (KJV)
Now turn one page to chapter 27, and who do we see there waiting for us to find him?
"In that day the LORD with his sore and great and strong sword shall punish leviathan the piercing serpent, even leviathan that crooked serpent; and he shall slay the dragonthat is in the sea. In that day sing ye unto her, A vineyard of red wine." Isaiah 27:1,2 (KJV)
Well, lookee here, Isaiah shows us Leviathan doing battle with God at the Second Coming, and also calls him a 'dragon' completing the connection to the verses in Revelation 12 and 13 I previously showed you. Genesis calls Satan a 'serpent', Job calls Satan 'leviathan', and Revelation calls Satan a 'dragon'. Isaiah takes all three of those labels and places them at the Second Coming and the Battle of Armageddon. Comparing scripture with scripture we now have doctrine, not just mere interpretation, that Leviathan, the serpent and the dragon are one in the same person - Satan!
On a side note, let's just take a quick visited back where we started in Job 41 where Job tells us that Leviathan is a 'king' over all the 'children of pride'. In our day, there is nothing more filled with confusion and perversion that the LGBTQ+P for Pedophile Movement, and it grows worse with each passing day. Do you think it's an accident or coincidence that the LGBTQ+P for Pedophile calls their movement the...wait for it...PRIDE movement? No, it is no accident at all, and as Job says, they have a 'king' reigning over them and it is Satan himself.
Sorry, all you well-meaning creation scientists out there, but my King James Bible shows me exactly who Leviathan truly is. Leviathan is a serpent, a dragon, and a coming king over a God-rejecting and fallen world that will experience first hand the nightmare of the time of Jacob's trouble. Flight #777 on Titus213 Airlines now boarding....
