- The head of the International Atomic Energy Agency Rafael Grossi has condemned the latest bombardment as another "close call"
- Grossi said the shelling came within metres of hitting the plant's nuclear safety and security systems
- The facility, which is under Russian control, has come under fire multiple times during the war
- The latest shelling follows setbacks for Russian forces in the southern region of Kherson, and a barrage of Russian attacks on power facilities as winter sets in
- The governor of the city of Kherson has told the BBC that his priority is “making people there feel safe again”
