Yocheved Lifschitz - one of two hostages freed by Hamas on Monday - says: "I went through hell, that I could not have known"
- Speaking to the media from a hospital in Tel Aviv, she describes how she was kidnapped by Hamas gunmen on motorbikes
- Assisting her mother, her daughter says Lifschitz and her fellow captives were hit with sticks and taken into a "spider's web" of underground tunnels
- Describing the conditions she and fellow captives were held in, Lifschitz says they slept on mattresses on the floor in the tunnels
- Her group were given white cheese and cucumbers to eat, the same as her Hamas captors, she says
- Lifschitz and Nurit Cooper were released last night but their husbands are still being held
- Four hostages have now been released, of more than 200 taken. Two American-Israelis, mother and daughter Judith and Natalie Raanan, were freed on Friday
- The Hamas-run health ministry in Gaza says 5,000 have been killed since 7 October. More than 1,400 were killed in the Hamas attacks on Israel.
