What Does an “Islamic Caliphate” in Iraq Mean? 07/1/14 The establishment of an Islamic caliphate has the potential to be the most important fulfillment of Bible prophecy since Israel became a state in 1948 and Jerusalem's unification in 1967.
A caliphate would unite all the Arabs and perhaps even all of Islam against Israel. This is exactly what the Bible states is going to happen just prior to Armageddon.
What this caliphate needs to succeed and expand is a mass public uprising in its support. A war between Israel and the Palestinians could be this catalyst. It is easy to see Jordan fall to ISIS during a war with Israel and then Egypt. I have said all along that Syria is doomed and when ISIS consolidates power, they will turn on Syria. Syria is going to fall, there is no doubt about this.
It appears from here on out that incredible prophetic events will unfold before our eyes.
"The newly declared “Islamic State” is trying to reinforce its battlefield achievements in Syria and Iraq by creating a new Sunni Muslim religious entity to overturn the prevailing regional political order rooted in the Sykes-Picot Agreement (1916).
The military capability of the “Islamic State” in Iraq to expand the territories under its rule is limited. Therefore, its leaders are directly appealing to Muslims all over the world to support the caliphate and to rebel against existing governments.
The declaration of the caliphate escalates the conflict between Sunnis and Shiites and is likely to impact the Muslim communities in the West as well.
As a new regional reality emerges in the Middle East, Israel faces new and more complex security challenges than in the past. These threats, once again, sharply focus the issue of defensible borders west of the Jordan River."
Because we believe the Bible and understand prophecy, we know where this is all heading. After the war Israel is left standing and will become a world economic power. This coming war with Islam will trigger the prophetic events setting the stage for the antichrist, Armageddon and the Second Coming of Jesus Christ with His bride.

ISIS Already in Gaza Strip 07/04/14 It is easy to see ISIS linked with the Palestinians. This would be a perfect match with the goal of destroying Israel and taking Jerusalem. It seems that ISIS appeals to the youth, so lets see if it makes inroads with the Palestinians.
"Eyad al-Bazam, spokesman for the Hamas-controlled Ministry of Interior, earlier this week denied reports ISIS terrorists had infiltrated into Egypt through tunnels along the border with the Gaza Strip. He described the reports as "lies and fabrications," adding that they are part of a campaign to "distort the image of the Gaza Strip," and that "There is no presence of ISIS in the Gaza Strip." The denial came in response to a report in the Egyptian newspaper Al-Masry Al-Youm according to which Egyptian security forces arrested 15 ISIS terrorists who tried to enter Sinai from the Gaza Strip. According to the report, Palestinian terrorists in the Gaza Strip facilitated the infiltration of the ISIS terrorists into Egypt so that they could carry out a terrorist attack against Egyptians."

Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi's Message as Caliph 07/04/14 For this caliphate to succeed, the message has to resonate with the public and especially the youth. This is so interesting to watch as it could end up as the fulfillment of Psalm 83 and so many other scriptures.

"In contrast, in a video released by ISIS' media wing al-Furqan Media in August 2013, an elderly native Syrian fighter for ISIS, who had participated in the ISIS-led takeover of Mannagh airbase in Aleppo province, affirmed that jihad is farḍ ul-ayn [an obligation on every individual Muslim] and that it is necessary for an "Islamic state" to be established "over the entire world," beginning with victory in Bilad ash-Sham [Syria]. Also within the realm of official media, one of ISIS' early slogans was "the promised project of the Caliphate," featured on a billboard ISIS erected in the northern Aleppo town of Azaz, bordering Turkey, after seizing control of it from a rival group -- Northern Storm -- in September."
"The "greatest strength" the IS terrorists have is their faith, Peters said, which is something the administration of President Barack Obama can't understand. "The Obamacrats, they don't understand faith. They're not religious themselves in a powerful sense. So they don't understand the incredible ignition of faith, the transformative power of revelation," he said. Peters said the IS fighters are so dedicated to their beliefs that they are "willing, and even anxious, to die for their beliefs." This stands in opposition to the Iraqi army, which saw many of its members retreat as the ISIS threat advanced."
“We took it (the oil field) over without any fighting," a purported commander of the Islamic States of Iraq and Syria/Levant said on a YouTube video released by ISIS supporters. "They fled like rats.”
Rome will be conquered next, says leader of 'Islamic State' 07/01/14 There is no doubt that Islam wants to conquer Rome. They see Rome as idolatry and want to smash it. When early Islam advanced across North Africa, the Muslims slaughtered the Catholics. They did the same with the fall of the Byzantine Empire. If they ever get to Rome, it will result in a horrific blood bath.
