France just gave radical Islamic terrorism a massive victory. After 40 years behind bars, France has released George Ibrahim Abdallah, a cold-blooded killer who murdered an American military attaché in Paris in 1982 and an Israeli diplomat that same year. Abdullah gunned down Charles Ray outside his home and shot Yacov Barsimantov in the head in front of his wife and children at their apartment building. Abdullah has never apologized.
