Taliban fighters have been brought to the UK on secret airlift flights following the Afghanistan data breach.
Sex offenders and corrupt individuals have also been granted entrance, despite them being put in prison under Afghanistan's US-led coalition. It comes after a database was revealed earlier this month, sharing details of 100,000 Afghans who had applied for sanctuary in Britain.
The scheme was created to support those who worked with British forces to flee the Taliban, meaning the leak essentially gave a "kill list" to the vengeful jihadists. The breach shows that 18,500 Afghans have already been flown to the UK on taxpayer-funded jets.
They are living in Ministry of Defence (MoD) homes or hotels until permanent residency can be located. However, tens of thousands will be left behind in Afghanistan at the hands of the Taliban. A 23-month High Court super-injunction was only lifted this month, preventing reports on the leak and the airlift operation.
