The ‘Chickensh*it-Gate’ Fallout for America, Israel, and the Middle East

By: Ben Cohen
“Chickensh*it?” That’s rich, coming from an administration whose fear of Vladimir Putin is the subject of derisory mirth in the Kremlin, and whose cravenness towards Bashar al-Assad’s regime in Damascus has directly resulted in the deaths of thousands of innocent Syrians. Blissfully dismissive of their own failings, they round on Netanyahu, a man who served with distinction in his country’s elite Sayeret Matkal army unit, by calling him, of all things, a coward!

Political Correctness and Islam

By: Michael Freund
For much of the past 13 years, ever since al-Qaida attacked the World Trade Center and the Pentagon on September 11, 2001, the West has found itself confronting an increasingly dangerous foe in the form of jihadist terror. From New York to London to Madrid, Islamic extremists have carried out brazen attacks, targeting airplanes, public transportation and, of course, innocent civilians.

By: Ben-Dror Yemini
The emergence of the ISIS organization has led to first signs of a change in the free world’s media in regards to the Middle East. If up until a few months ago violence in the Middle East was automatically linked to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, ISIS has done what al-Qaeda failed to do. It has made it clear that Israel is out of the picture.

Some American Citizens are More Equal than Others

By: David Rubin
State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki has implicitly declared that American foreign policy has entered the surreal realm of Animal Farm, with her criticism of Israel after the IDF (Israel Defense Forces) shot dead a 17 year old Arab teenager who was throwing firebombs at Israeli motorists near the community of Ofra, here in the region of Samaria (the northern part of the so-called West Bank).

Britain to Crack Down on Muslim Brotherhood

By: P. David Hornik
Britain’s The Telegraph reports that Britain is aiming to take serious measures against the Muslim Brotherhood. The situation contrasts notably with the one in the U.S., where the Obama administration has cut back ties with the current, geopolitically moderate Egyptian government because - backed by the most massive popular protest in world history - it came to power by overthrowing a Muslim Brotherhood regime that the administration favored.
