His reported brain death occurred following complicated back surgery that took place in Riyadh on November 17 at the National Guard’s King Abdulaziz Medical City, according to the report, and the king’s aides claimed he is in good health.
Nevertheless, medical sources told the newspaper the monarch’s condition was ‘expected to change soon.’
Abdullah has been upon the throne since 2005. The crown has passed down through a line of sons since the death in 1953 of the founder of the kingdom, Abdulaziz Ibn Saud.
The king’s brother, Crown Prince Salman, defense minister of Saudi Arabia, reassured the nation and members of the Gulf Cooperation Council meeting Riyadh ‘good news that he is well and in good health.’ Thirteen years his junior, Salman also ‘reassured’ Saudis about the monarch’s health the day before at a cabinet meeting, according to the SPA state news agency.

ISRAEL PREPARES FOR NEXT WAR IN GAZA AND LEBANON!!
Israel prepares for next war in Gaza and Lebanon; successfully testing new missile system ‘Magic Wand’
November 26, 2012 – TEL AVIV – Israel has successfully test-fired Magic Wand, the successor to the Iron Dome interceptor that featured prominently in the recent Gaza conflict. And now, even before the aftershocks of the Israel-Gaza conflict dissipate, the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) have tested the next generation of anti-missile systems. The interceptor, also known as David’s Sling, was jointly developed by Israel’s Rafael Advanced Defense Systems and the United States’ Raytheon.
"MILITANT MUSLIMS ARE NOW CUTTING OUT TONGUES" BY RAYMOND IBRAHIM.
Recently on Egyptian TV, Dr. Abdullah Badr, an Al Azhar graduate and professor of Islamic exegesis, proclaimed that a new day has arrived, when there will be absolutely no more toleration for anyone who speaks against Islam—including people who speak against the implementation of Sharia law and its draconian punishments.
Currently on trial for libel and defamation of female Egyptian artist Elham Shahin—whom, among many other derogatory statements, he called a "whore"—an unrepentant Badr, appeared again on TV, and made the following oath:
I have sworn to Allah, that any dog—for that is how Allah described them, for they are like dogs that are constantly panting—that any dog who mocks the Sharia, or mocks Islam, or blames it, we will cut his tongue out, I'm saying it here: We will cut his tongue out! That's it. The time of transgressing against Islam, and speaking insolence, has passed—it's over. Today, the People of Lies [code for secular people] defend their falsehoods with great zeal; so shall we will defend Islam with all our might—no matter what it costs, no matter what it costs! I'm saying it here and now: Let the whole world burn, but Islam not be mocked.
None of this is figurative. Days after Dr. Badr made these pronouncements, on October 30, a roaming band of Salafis in Suez attacked and severely beat a young Egyptian grocery store worker, and even tried to cut off his hand, because he prevented one of their gang from using the store bathroom without permission, to which the bearded Salafi had responded: "I do not ask for permission."
The assaulted youth's brother, angered at what had happened, "insulted the men." Accordingly, Suez's new Sharia enforcers, who call themselves the "Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice"—styling themselves after Saudi Arabia's "morality" thugs—ordered that the man's tongue be cut out, claiming that he had insulted Islam (this is the same group that earlier stabbed to death a young Egyptian man for walking in public with his fiancée).
The father of the two boys, a longtime local, gave more detail, including how he had never seen the Salafi group, who "spoke in formal/Quranic Arabic"; also, in this video, the father explains how one of the Salafis, "a short man," kept screaming at the top of his voice that his son "has insulted the religion! His tongue must be severed as soon as possible!"
With help from others, the youth managed to escape Sharia justice.
Not all attempts of tongue-cutting are failed; nor is this matter limited to the Salafis of Egypt. In May 2011, a poet in Yemen had his tongue cut out by "unknown assailants," supposedly for writing a poem in praise of Yemeni dictator Ali Abdallah Saleh, who opposed the Islamist uprising. It is worth remembering that the prophet of Islam himself regularly had poets who offended him assassinated, including one woman who was slaughtered while suckling her babe in her house at night.
Also, in April 2011, in "moderate" Bahrain, a muezzin was attacked, beat, tortured—including with boiling oil—and had his tongue cut, reportedly to Islam's war cry, "Allahu Akbar!"
Indeed, even in the non-Muslim world, Muslims are hacking at tongues. In Australia
Why so much violence against the tongue? For the same reason that Dr. Badr would rather see the whole world set aflame than Islam insulted: the tongue—which utters words and free speech—is fundamental to exposing and combating the things of Islam, whether formal, Sharia law or whether the violent, supremacist culture born of it, very much in accord with the words of the 13th century Sheikh of Islam himself, Ibn Taymiyya: "Waging war verbally against Islam may be worse than waging war physically."

Is Prophecy Being Fulfilled in Egypt?

On February 11, 2011, addressing the success of Egypt’s revolution that he himself had enthusiastically supported, President Barack Obama stood in the Grand Foyer of the White House and triumphantly declared, “The people of Egypt have spoken, their voices have been heard, and Egypt will never be the same.”
But the fruit of this change quickly became bitter to the Egyptian people. It has now become clear that the Egyptian people traded a more secular autocrat for an Islamist dictator.
As Americans everywhere stopped to celebrate Thanksgiving Day, 2012, President Muhammad Morsi appeared on Egyptian television and shocked the nation, issuing a presidential decree effectively banning all challenges to his decrees, laws and decisions. The decree stated,
“The president can issue any decision or measure to protect the revolution… The constitutional declarations, decisions and laws issued by the president are final and not subject to appeal.”
The decree also stated that the courts have no authority to dissolve the country’s Constituent Assembly, which is now rewriting the constitution.
Disparate groups within and outside of Egypt have expressed their alarm and rage.
Within Egypt’s Constituent Assembly, various secularist opponents to Morsi quit, including Coptic Christians and representatives of the April 6 Youth Movement, the very group which initiated the revolution in Egypt.
Mohamed ElBaradei, an opponent of Morsi, accused the president of establishing himself as “a new Pharaoh.”
In a typically toothless statement, the European Union “urged” Morsi to “respect the democratic process”.
Now, in Tahrir Square, and throughout the country, thousands have gathered to protest what many are referring to as a “coup”. Reacting to the cry for genuine freedom, Islamist supporters of Morsi are counter-protesting. Violent clashes between the two groups have erupted across the nation.
Of course, seizing an ever increasing level of power under the guise of Democracy was a natural path for Morsi, with Turkey’s Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan to the North having already demonstrated just how it’s done. Egypt’s Muslim Brotherhood is modeled its rise to power after the approach used by Turkey’s Islamist political party. Playing off the title of Erdogan’s party, “The Justice and Development Party”, the Muslim Brotherhood (ironically) named their political party, “The Freedom and Justice Party”.
Over the past ten years, Turkey’s Erdogan has systematically dismantled the most well established secular form of government in the Middle East, while establishing and guaranteeing his own power for many more years to come—all in the name of “Democracy”.
The next significant step in Erdogan’s plan to establish himself as Turkey’s absolute ruler will come in 2014, when his present term as Prime Minister is set to come to an end. Already in the works are Erdogan’s plans to radically alter Turkey’s present Parliamentary system to a Presidential system, while placing himself on the ticket to be the next President. Beyond this, the present five year term for President will expand to a seven year term. If successful, this will guarantee that Erdogan will be able to maintain power until at least 2021.
Erdogan’s ambitions have caused many to believe that he is seeking a leadership role beyond Turkey, throughout the whole region.
In a recent interview with Russia Today, Syrian President Basshar al-Assad said of Erdogan,
“he personally thinks that he is the new sultan of the Ottoman and he can control the region as it was during the Ottoman Empire under a new umbrella. In his heart he thinks he is a caliph.”
Erdogan recently confirmed these suspicions when he declared his neo-Ottoman aspirations:
“We move with the spirit that founded the Ottoman Empire… We must go everywhere our ancestors have been, we cannot pursue [Atatürk's philosophy of] peace at home and peace in the world through passivity.”
But if Muhammad Morsi’s recent actions in seizing greater power are an indicator of things to come, Erdogan may have competition for the title of regional Caliph. With the ascendancy of Turkey in the North and Egypt’s new role as an emerging player, could we see two competing Caliphs in the region? And as politically significant as all these events are, might they have have deeper significance as they relate to the fulfillment of Biblical prophecy? There are two significant passages that may suggest as much.
The King of the North & The King of the South
The first passage is Daniel 11:21-45. In this prophecy, the Bible addresses the historical conflict between Antiochus IV Epiphanes, king of the Seleucid Kingdom, referred to as “the King of the North”, and Ptolemy VI, king of the Ptolemaic Kingdom, referred to as “the King of the South”. Antiochus ruled the region of modern day Turkey, Lebanon, Syria, Iraq and Iran, while Ptolemy ruled the region of modern day Egypt.
In Daniel 11:40-43, the Bible says the various conflicts which took place historically between these two kings would be repeated in the last days, shortly before the coming of the Messiah:
“At the end time the king of the South will collide with him, and the king of the North will storm against him with chariots, with horsemen and with many ships; and he will enter countries, overflow them and pass through. “He will also enter the Beautiful Land, and many countries will fall… Then he will stretch out his hand against other countries, and the land of Egypt will not escape. But he will gain control over the hidden treasures of gold and silver and over all the precious things of Egypt; and Libyans and Cushites will follow at his heels.” —Daniel 11:40-43
The result of this last days conflict between the northern “king” and his counterpart in the south will include massive regional wars, the defeat of Egypt, Libya, North Sudan, and ultimately, the invasion and occupation of the nation of Israel.
While numerous scholars and expositors throughout history have wrestled over the precise meaning of this passage, some students of the Bible are asking if it is possible that we are now witnessing the emergence of the last days kingdoms of the North and South. Could Erdogan and Morsi be the last days kings of the North and South, or are they merely precursors? Of course, we should be extremely cautious in considering these questions, but students of the Scriptures would certainly do well to remain watchful and in a sober spirit of prayer concerning the momentous evens now unfolding throughout the Middle East.
Isaiah 19?
The next significant passage that many are also now looking to is Isaiah 19, a profound prophecy concerning the state of Egypt in the days and years immediately preceding the return of Jesus.
As the protests continue to rock Egypt, it is clear that Egypt is a deeply divided nation. How far will it all go? Could Isaiah’s prophecy of an Egyptian civil war be fulfilled in our day?
“So I will incite Egyptians against Egyptians; and they will each fight against his brother and each against his neighbor, city against city and kingdom against kingdom.” —Isaiah 19:2
And if Isaiah’s prophecy is beginning to unfold before us in Egypt, what would this mean with regard to the return of Jesus? Certainly, there are some “signs of the Messiah” the Bible indicates the we would be able to discern and identify prior to his coming. Some of the more prominent of these signs include the following:
- —The return of the Jewish people to their homeland.
—The emergence of the Kings of the North and the South.
—A regional security alliance between Israel and her surrounding neighbors.
—The re-establishment of the biblical sacrificial system on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem.
Over the past 65 years, the World has already witnessed the return of the Jewish people to their homeland in Israel. What might we witness next? One thing is clear, the world is changing rapidly before us and watchful students of the Bible today must remain sober, alert and in a constant state of prayer as we all together eagerly await the return of Jesus.

Commentary
Egypt is really now in the limelight about the Middle East War. Morsi just declared dictatorial powers over Egypt and he is now being referred to as a “Pharaoh”! This is the term the Bible uses to describe Egypt’s leader as the Day of the Lord approaches. The Muslim Brotherhood is now in total control of Egypt which I said was going to happen. Now they need time to consolidate the power and get Egypt ready to fight Israel. With the intense hatred that the Muslim Brotherhood has for Israel, it will not take long for Egypt to prepare for this war.

Is Muhammad Morsi the Antichrist?

If you are reading this post then I am assuming that you know who Muhammad Morsi is. I am also assuming that you know the reason why Morsi has received an avalanche of publicity in the past week. What you may not know is why Morsi received the most recent publicity (beginning Thursday, 11/22), and why the specific search engine terms (“Antichrist”) were used that directed so many people to prophecy blogs like this one.
Muhammad Morsi just granted himself “far-reaching powers and immunity from legal oversight.” Morsi issued a series of measures preventing Egypt’s courts from challenging any laws or decrees passed since he assumed office in June. Since former President Mubarak and most of his officials were acquitted by Egyptian courts of wrong doing, Morsi’s recent actions include a retrial of the former President. Supporters of Mubarak protested Morsi’s actions by declaring them to be those of a dictator, and effectively returning Egypt to the style of government that existed prior to the protests of Arab Spring which removed Mubarak from office and resulted in former Muslim Brotherhood official, Morsi, being elected.
But why did so many include the word “Antichrist” along with Muhammad Morsi in an Internet search? First, because Morsi is a representative of the Muslim Brotherhood, an Islamist organization committed to Islam’s dominion over the world. The significance is that this satisfies the first step of an Islamic end-time paradigm. Revelation 13:7-8 prophesies that “… authority over ever tribe and people and tongue and nation was given to him.” Islamic teachings include Muhammad’s prophecy that one day the entire world will be under the dominion of Islam; and the Bible prophesies that one day the entire world will be under the dominion of a false religion (except those who hold to the testimony of Jesus). Second, because Morsi is also the president of Egypt, and he recently used his influence to establish a cease-fire between Israel and HAMAS, prophecy students liken this event to that prophesied by Daniel 9:27. Daniel 9:27 prophesies of a “firm covenant” [generally interpreted as a "treaty," but a cease-fire also qualifies as a "firm covenant"] with the “many” [the cease-fire was between Israel and a "group," i.e., not a nation. In fact, there is no nation identified in the cease-fire agreement other than Israel] for “one week” [generally interpreted as a 7 year period, but an indefinite period could also fulfill the meaning of "one week"].
The interpreter of Daniel 9:27 quite easily might conclude that the current cease-fire negotiated by Morsi fulfills this prophecy. If this is the case, then the negotiator, i.e., Morsi, would be the “he” of Daniel 9:27, i.e, the coming Antichrist. Daniel 9:27 prophesies that the “treaty” will be broken in its “mid-point” when the Antichrist puts an “end to sacrifice and grain offering…” Let us suppose that this phrase (contrary to what this writer has previously concluded) is a reference to the practice of Judaism in the same sense that it was when Antiochus Epiphanes IV attempted to do the same in 164BC. This means that Israel will likely be overrun for 42 months (3 1/2 years) in fulfillment of Revelation 11:2 (and Daniel 11:41) following the breaking of the cease-fire and Israel’s fall to its enemies.
Another question that needs addressing concerns the Gaza Strip. Does the Gaza Strip fit in end-times prophecy? Possibly. Daniel 11:45 states, “He [the Antichrist] will pitch the tents of his royal pavilion between the seas and the beautiful Holy Mountain.” To “pitch the tents of his royal pavilion” means that the “king,” will set up his headquarters at a particular location; that location is given to us—“between the seas and the beautiful Holy Mountain.” 
The Gaza Strip is the tiny patch of land on the southwest tip of Israel (red on the map), between Israel and Egypt with its eastern border being the Mediterranean Sea. The only “seas” that the text could be speaking of are the Mediterranean Sea to the west of Israel and the Dead Sea to the east of Israel. The “Holy Mountain” is a specific reference to Jerusalem (see Isaiah 27:13). There is but one strip of land between Jerusalem and the Mediterranean Sea—the Gaza Strip. The Gaza Strip has been occupied by Israel ever since Israel’s 1967 Six-Day War.

Some might bring to light the prophecy of Daniel 11:42-43 which prophesies that Egypt “will not escape” nor will its “precious things.” However, we must remember that Morsi has a dual role — he is president of Egypt and also an important official of the Muslim Brotherhood. In a prior post, we discussed the possible fulfillment of the Muslim Brotherhood as the “many peoples” of Ezekiel 38:6. If this interpretation is correct, then the Muslim Brotherhood is one of the attacking forces of Israel in the end-times which includes an extensive alliance of nations this writer has interpreted to include both Russia, Iran, and Egypt (but through the Muslim Brotherhood).Are the pieces of an end-time paradigm fitting? Only time will tell.
May God bless His people, the “saints,” who never bow to the “beast of the earth,” Allah (Rev 13:7-8).

"THE JORDANIAN ANTICHRIST"
Usually when I do my personal devotions I read through one book or another, usually alternating between the Old and New Testaments. Having recently finished going through several New Testament epistles I thought “Why not revisit some of the Old Testament prophecies I went through while writing The Spirit of Prophecy”.
Jimmy DeYoung, on Brannon Howse’s program had recently said something to the effect of “I am not aware of any war where the whole world is involved except the final battle at the end of the millennial reign of Christ”. This had been on my mind for some time, because I knew that Jeremiah 25 contains a list that starts with Jerusalem, in verse 18, and ends with “all the kingdoms of the world, which are upon the face of the earth” in verse 26.
This war can’t be the final war at the end of the millennial reign for it begins with God’s judgment against Israel, and Jerusalem. During the millennial reign 100% of Israel will be saved. The final battle will not be God against Israel and the world, but the world against God and Israel. Mr. DeYoung has failed to take Jeremiah 25 into account in his eschatology. As I read through the passage I also noticed a peculiar command, and its result;
THE BEST ANSWER IS THAT THE ANTICHRIST WILL COME FROM JORDAN, FROM THE TRIBES DESCENDED FROM ESAU, JACOB'S BROTHER.
The reason they think they should not suffer God’s judgment is because they think that as descendants of the first son of Isaac, they should still have the birthright. Esau sold his birthright for a bowl of stew, and it seems ludicrous that such a major blessing, the position of a nation in Gods economy, could be sold for such a trivial price, but it was, and it was a legal agreement, which God still honors!
The people of Edom will be led by a man who they think is the Christ, but in reality is the Antichrist! He will look like a Christian, talk like a Christian, and act the way many Christians think a Christian should act. Jordan will be his first power base!
Further down in chapter 49 there is another statement made about the people of Edom that caught my eye.
As you continue reading you are given more clues.
But, lets keep going;
Everything you need for salvation is there in the pages of the bible, but an evil generation wants a sign, so God will give them one! Can you think of a better sign that someone being raised from the dead? He will be raised from the dead, but his mouth will be speaking blasphemies. How many will catch on? I think there will be numbers who do, but many of them will die as martyrs.
Far better for you to be saved, and raptured, and in Heaven while all of this is going on.
Here’s another clue, in the next verse of Isaiah 14;
Verse 22 indicates the Lord’s displeasure with this man’s sons and nephews. Satan has no sons, nor nephews, again indicating that this is a man and not an angel. It also indicates that his family supports him in his endeavours. I would still hope that some from his family might get saved, perhaps a cousin, or even a sister.
The fact that he has sons would also indicate that he is not gay, contrary to many scholar’s opinion that the statement “he does not regard… the desire of women” in Daniel 11:37 indicates he is a homosexual. It has another meaning, which I have examined previously. Search this site for “polygamy”, if you want to examine this subject in greater depth.
The chapter begins, in verse 4, calling this man “the king of Babylon”, and in verse 25 he is called “the Assyrian”, but this does not mean that he is born in either Assyria, or Babylon. I live in Canada, and we have a Queen, but even though she has the title “the Queen of Canada” she was not born here, and neither does she live here.
It could very well be the same with the Antichrist. He does not have to be born in Babylon to be called the king of Babylon. This is likely a title that is conferred on him by the Harlot Church, after they have set up camp in this city.
The earlier verses we looked at, in Jeremiah 49, and Obadiah 1:4, line up perfectly with Isaiah 14, and are consistent with the idea that the Antichrist will come from Jordan, from Edom, the nation descended from Jacob’s brother Esau. This small study is but the tip of the iceberg. There is a wealth of evidence that the Beast will come from Jordan. For a more complete study I recommend that you obtain a copy of The Spirit of Prophecy. Dig deep, you’ll be surprised at what you find!

Now, no one wants the Judgment of God against them, but I remembered, or was led to, Jeremiah 49 where a very similar mindset is spoken of. This time the people of Edom are singled out for judgment;
12 For thus saith the LORD; Behold, they whose judgment was not to drink of the cup have assuredly drunken; and art thou he that shall altogether go unpunished? thou shalt not go unpunished, but thou shalt surely drink of it. 13 For I have sworn by myself, saith the LORD, that Bozrah shall become a desolation, a reproach, a waste, and a curse; and all the cities thereof shall be perpetual wastes.
Now why would Edom think they should not suffer the wrath of God? Why would God single them out at this point, when He is angry with the whole world? Why would the land of Edom (southern Jordan) be singled out for a special curse? Why should their cities be perpetual wastes? 16 Thy terribleness hath deceived thee, and the pride of thine heart, O thou that dwellest in the clefts of the rock, that holdest the height of the hill: though thou shouldest make thy nest as high as the eagle, I will bring thee down from thence, saith the LORD.
When I read the phrase about them making their nest as high as the eagle I was reminded of another passage concerning this same nation, which contains remarkably similar language;
Though thou exalt thyself as the eagle, and though thou set thy nest among the stars, thence will I bring thee down, saith the LORD. Obadiah 1:4.
Again, as I read this statement I remembered another similar statement. Something about someone wanting to exalt their throne above the stars of God.
For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: Isaiah 14:13
The King James bible directs the above statement to “Lucifer”, while the NIV translates it as “morning star, son of the dawn!” Now, since Jesus is known as the Morning Star, does this mean that He will fall out of favour with God? No, the NIV translators made a mistake.As you continue reading you are given more clues.
16 They that see thee shall narrowly look upon thee, and consider thee, saying, Is this the man that made the earth to tremble, that did shake kingdoms;
It may seem like nit-picking, but this person is a man, not an angel. Lucifer is an angel.But, lets keep going;
18 All the kings of the nations, even all of them, lie in glory, every one in his own house. 19 But thou art cast out of thy grave like an abominable branch, and as the raiment of those that are slain, thrust through with a sword, that go down to the stones of the pit; as a carcase trodden under feet.
If this person is “cast out of thy grave like an abominable branch”, then who is it? Who is the Branch? Of course the Branch is Jesus, so this “abominable branch” is a usurper, who is similar to Jesus, the Antichrist! So, what could this phrase mean, to be “cast out of his grave”? Here’s a clue;
And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast. Revelation 13:3
There is some debate among bible scholars as to whether the Antichrist, the Beast, will be actually resurrected. I think his resurrection will be genuine. There is only one Savior, Jesus Christ, but God is quite willing to set a trap for those who have rejected the Salvation that God offers through Jesus. When this Edomite is raised from the dead, the whole world will follow him, and suffer the wrath of God for doing so.Everything you need for salvation is there in the pages of the bible, but an evil generation wants a sign, so God will give them one! By Elad Benari, INN – “The United States criticized Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Tuesday, after he once again chose to attack Israel over its counter-terrorist operation in Gaza.In his latest hateful remarks, Erdogan accused Israel of ‘ethnic cleansing’ in Gaza, saying the Jewish state’s air raids could not be considered self-defense.
‘Israel is committing ethnic cleansing by ignoring peace in this region and violating international law,’ Erdogan said, according to AFP. ‘It is occupying the Palestinian territory step by step.’
He further claimed that Israeli air raids against Gaza could not be deemed self-defense, accusing Western countries of aiding what he called a ‘terrorist state’ by condoning its violence in the Middle East.
‘Sooner or later, Israel will answer for the innocent blood it has shed so far,’ he said.
Erdogan also said that Turkey, Egypt and the Gulf countries, particularly Qatar and Saudi Arabia, had to take their own initiative, accusing the United Nations Security Council of doing nothing to save Gazans.
‘It is against them today, tomorrow it will be us, keep that in mind,’ he said. ‘If we are going to die, let’s go down with decency. Keep that in mind too.’
The United States in turn criticized Erdogan’s harsh words, AFP reported.
‘Some of the extremely harsh rhetoric coming from Turkey we do not consider helpful at all,’ said State Department spokeswoman Victoria Nuland, according to the report.
‘Of course we don’t agree with some of these very difficult statements that have been coming there. And we’ve made those views clear to the Turks,’ she added.
Nuland said that State Department officials have ‘made clear … to the Turkish government our concerns that this kind of rhetoric is not helpful.’
On Monday, Erdogan called Israel a ‘terrorist state’ that ‘massacres innocent children,’ and accused the United Nations of failing to act over Israel’s Operation Pillar of Defense.
He accused the UN Security Council of ‘turning a blind eye’ to the suffering of Muslims across the world and called for ‘sincere action’ to end Israel’s strikes on Gaza.
The international community is watching ‘as Israel violently massacres innocent children in Gaza,’ Erdogan said in an address to religious leaders of Muslim countries gathered in Istanbul, labeling Israel ‘a terrorist state’.
On Saturday, Erdogan said that Israel was ‘making an international racket’ over civilians killed by Hamas rockets.” Read more.

The Muslim Brotherhood’s next target
The Muslim Brotherhood is now aiming at Jordan’s king Abdullah, in their quest to form the Psalm 83 confederacy.
Readers of this blog will have noted that I believe the biblical Antichrist will come from the modern nation of Jordan. I have itemized my reasons in several posts, starting with “The Jordanian Antichrist”. A more complete study of this subject can be found in chapter seven of The Spirit of Prophecy.
My analysis of the Antichrist’s ethnicity is based on a study of the bible’s End Times passages, and is not dependent on the events in the news. Go and read through my posts and you will see that there is a solid case that the Antichrist will come from the descendants of Jacob’s brother, Esau. Nevertheless, the events in the news have an uncanny tendency to follow biblical prophecy.
Note that Abdullah is not a descendant of Esau, though evidence is that his children are.
Now it appears that the rebels of the Muslim Brotherhood are taking aim at the king of Jordan, Abdullah II. Its funny how Muslims kill people accused of witchcraft, and yet the bible says “rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft”. (1 Samuel 15:23)
There is even evidence that the US administration has decided to support the ouster of Abdullah.
Very clearly the American government doesn’t learn from its mistakes. It appears they are intent on throwing as many of their friends under the bus, as they can!
It’s not that he has been an oppressive ruler, or really bad in any way. Yes, there’s some corruption there, but that’s par for the course in the Muslim world. It’s just that he has been keeping (albeit reluctantly) the peace treaty with Israel, negotiated by his father king Hussein. This is unforgivable to the Brotherhood.
The truth is that the world-wide economy is in a recession, but the Brotherhood is using this as a pretext to foment discontent.
These current events beg the question “What if Abdullah and his family are deposed as leaders of Jordan? Does this mean that the Antichrist could not come from this family? What if Abdullah is assassinated?”
My first reaction, when I thought that the Muslim Brotherhood could target Jordan was “Oh, no!” but then I had another thought;
If the Antichrist were to come from this family, they must NOT be involved in the Psalm 83 attack on Israel! The Antichrist, or the Little Horn, will be trusted to keep his word, by the leadership of Israel. A man from a rabidly anti-semitic family would not be trusted, and though this family has this history, their involvement in a recent, and very large attack against Israel would be a raw wound that would prevent the Israeli leadership from trusting such a man.
For this reason I would predict that Abdullah will lose his grip on Jordan, and he and his family will have to flee… If he survives. If he doesn’t survive, his family will still flee. Where will they flee to? I don’t know. Israel? Iraq? The USA? It really doesn’t matter, so long as they are not a part of that war, and are able to make some public statements against it. If they were to take shelter in Israel during this war it would give them great credibility with Israelis later on. I can’t say they will, but this is a real possibility.
No, in the final analysis, I still think the Little Horn will come from the Jordanian royal family, though I can’t say for sure which person it is.
