Do the governments of the world know that something wicked this way comes....and soon? Why else would Russia be spending billions of dollars re-arming itself as well as building mega underground bunkers? And why would America be buying up enough rounds of ammunition to kill every American several times over, and retrofitting several thousand light armoured tanks for use on the streets of America?
Maybe they've been reading the warnings in the bible, particularly those in Ezekiel which warns of a coming economic collapse, (chapter 7), and in Luke which warns of civil unrest and uprisings, (chapter 21).

Why else would Homeland Security buy up more than 2 billion bullets, purchase more than 2700 tanks and stock pile weaponry all while government white papers outline preparations for a martial law containment of society?

Feds buy two billions rounds of ammunition
Something strange is going on. Federal non-military agencies have bought two billion rounds of ammunition in the last 10 months. The Obama Administration says that federal law enforcement agents need the ammunition for “mandatory quarterly firearms qualifications and other training sessions.”
DHS Purchases 2,700 Light-Armored Tanks to Go With Their 1.6 Billion Bullet Stockpile
The Department of Homeland Security (through the U.S. Army Forces Command) recently retrofitted 2,717 of these ‘Mine Resistant Protected’ vehicles for service on the streets of the United States .
