POPE FRANCIS TO VISIT JERUSALEM - WILL NETANYAHU FALL FOR HIS DECEPTION?

A journey to  Jersualem  (or is it a "pilgrimage"?!!)

Here's an extract:

• On Monday, May 26, 2014, Francis will visit Islam’s Grand Mufti in Jerusalem. After 5:00 p.m., Francis will celebrate the Roman Catholic Mass in what is claimed to be the Cenacle, the site of the Last Supper. Francis and the Papacy officially teach that at a Mass people are to offer themselves with “the sacred victim” (Christ Jesus) and receive in the communion bread the same “sacred victim.”³ For Francis to enact publicly such a teaching is to speak against the Most High. Jesus Christ the Lord was never a victim. The idea of His being victimized is nowhere in Scripture. Rather, it was in conscious submissive obedience to the divine plan of redemption that the Lord Jesus followed His Father’s will.⁴ He declared, “No man taketh it [life] from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment have I received of my Father.”⁵ In spite of Jesus’ clear words, Francis and the Papacy focus one’s mind on a tragic Christ as victim, and not on Christ as Victor; i.e. as “the Lord of lords and King of kings.”⁶

The amazing thing is that many evangelical ministers and preachers, folk who are supposed to have a grasp of the fundamental teachings of the scriptures, have submitted to the spirit of antichrist and gone down the ecumenical road which leads back to Rome.

Francis is no different from his predecessors ---- remember, the motto of Rome is Semper Eadem"  --- it never changes in its doctrines; he claims a gift that none of us ordinary mortals has, namely "infallibility". (Comment:  Only God is infallible --- so yet again we discern the spirit of Antichrist here.)

 To get the flavour of how these people see themselves we might go back to Pope Innocent III  who in 1198 announced to the world:

• Ye see what manner of servant this is whom the Lord has set over his people; no other than the vice-regent of Christ;  the successor of Peter.  He stands in the midst between God and man (Comment: Whereas scripture actually says that Jesus Christ is the (only) mediator between God and man (1 Timothy 2:5) ; what Innocent is saying here therefore amounts to this:  I am Antichrist; I am in place of Christ, I have taken over from Him the role of mediator between God and man.); below God, above man; less than God, more than man.  He judges all and is judged by none, for it is written "I will judge". (Comment: What a perversion of scripture!)  And again, "The Lord left to Peter not only the government of the Universal Church, but of the whole world."  (Comment:Whereas scripture says that God has appointed the Lord Jesus Christ to judge the world. (Acts 17:31) and in the Millennial period He will reign over the world out of Jerusalem; not Francis, or his successor, if there be one.   Again, this outrageous statement from Innocent III boils down to this:  I am Antichrist --- I am in place of Christ.) 

Francis cannot condemn what his predecessor has claimed; to do so would be to deny the supposed infallibility of those "who sit in the seat of Peter". 

I have a certain admiration for the Emperor Frederick II, a man ahead of his time when he died in 1250 (I've seen his tomb in Palermo!) . I don't totally agree with what he said (!) but the following wasn't a million miles  from the truth --- if you think about it:

• "The pope is the great Antichrist (Comment:  I'm not convinced that Frederick is quite right; I believe the final Pope will be the False Prophet of Revelation, heading up a conglomerate of religions including Islam,  Roman Catholicism, Apostate Protestantism, .....) who deceived the whole world........... the prince of the princes of darkness,................, the angel who issued from the abyss having the vials full of wormwood to waste earth and heaven......"

Yet "top evangelicals" --- so-called --- fraternise with Francis.  The Queen visits him, the Archbishop of Canterbury toadies to him. And Billy Graham.......well....!!!  The biblical injunction, that is being increasingly ignored --- and which needs to be heard ---  in these days of rampant apostasy is

• What communion hath Light with Darkness?  And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel?  ...... Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you. And will be a Father (Comment:Francis allows people to address him as "Holy Father" --- what a blasphemy.)  unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.  (II Corinthians 6: 15-18)

The fact that Francis going to Jerusalem must be of great concern to all true evangelicals.  Will Netanyahu fall for his deception?
