More Terrorist Killings In Israel - and - 60 Russian soldiers 'stage a mutiny and refuse to fight in Ukraine

At least two people are dead and a further eight wounded after a suspected terrorist opened fire in Tel Aviv 

  • Mayor Ron Huldai said the shooting was suspected to have been carried out by an Arab attacker, who was then killed in a shoot out. 
  • The gunman entered a pub along Dizengoff Street and opened fire on revellers at around 9pm
  • Police think the shooting was politically motivated – the fourth deadly assault in Israel in three weeks 
  • At least two people are dead and a further eight wounded after a suspected terrorist opened fire on a crowd in central Tel Aviv in a horrific attack on Thursday night before escaping on foot and sparking a massive manhunt, Israeli police have said. 

    Mayor Ron Huldai said the shooting was suspected to have been carried out by an Arab attacker with 'nationalistic' motives who entered a pub along Dizengoff Street and opened fire on revellers at around 9pm at the start of the weekend in Israel. 

    Hundreds of Israeli police officers, canine units, and army special forces are conducting a massive hunt for the suspected gunman in central Tel Aviv, searching building by building through the densely populated residential neighborhoods.

60 Russian soldiers 'stage a mutiny and refuse to fight in Ukraine – and now face prison sentences'

  • The paratroopers from Pskov were sent to Belarus as part of the invasion force
  • They refused to fight and were sent back to their base in disgrace, reports say
  • Some have been dismissed and branded 'cowards' while others face jail 
  • Around 60 Russian paratroopers have staged a mutiny and refused to fight in Ukraine, local reports say.

    The men, who were from key airborne forces headquarters Pskov in northern Russia, could now face jail sentences for the insubordination.

    The refusenik troops had been moved to Belarus as part of the invasion force but after their mutiny were sent in disgrace back to their base in Pskov.
