DAILY MAIL ONLINE: The captain of missing Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 received a two-minute call shortly before take-off from a mystery woman using a mobile phone number obtained under a false identity.
It was one of the last calls made to or from the mobile of Captain Zaharie Ahmad Shah in the hours before his Boeing 777 left Kuala Lumpur 16 days ago.

THE STAR.COM: Police have refuted claims by a foreign tabloid that Captain Zaharie Ahmad Shah (pic) received a call from a phone number registered with a dubious identity just before he flew Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370 on March 8.
Bukit Aman assistant chief inspector-general of police secretariat Asst Comm Datin Asmawati Ahmad said the foreign tabloid had no exclusive rights to the details of the investigations.
"The Inspector-General of Police has never issued any public statement that categorically place the MH370 investigation under an act of terrorism.

THE MALAY ONLINE: Australian Prime Minister Tony Abbott said today there was “increasing hope” of finding missing Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370, after a plane spotted unidentified debris including a wooden pallet in the Indian Ocean search site.

Missing Malaysia Airlines Plane: Investigators Keep Focus on 'Deliberate Act'
ABC NEWS: American investigators have settled on three primary theories to explain the disappearance of Malaysia Airlines Flight 370, a senior U.S. official told ABC News tonight.
The leading theories are:
1. Pilot suicide or other human action;
2. Fire or catastrophic mechanical malfunction;
3. Terrorism.
With terrorism all but ruled out, however, investigators still are leaning toward the vanishing of the passenger jet with 269 travelers and crew aboard as "a deliberate act," the official said.
"That's pretty much what everyone thinks," the senior U.S. official, who receives frequent updates on the investigation, told ABC News.

An Australian aircraft spotted objects, including a wooden pallet, during the search for missing Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 on Saturday, according to Prime Minister Tony Abbott. The search of the area will resume on Sunday.
“Yesterday one of our civilian search aircraft got visuals on a number of objects in a fairly small area in the overall Australian search zone,” Abbott said Sunday morning.“A number of small objects, fairly close together within the Australian search zone, including a wooden pallet.”
